Who Can Play?

We want Pooch Palace to be a fun and safe place for your furry friend. Because of this, all dogs must meet the following reqirements:

1.) Temperament Evaluation
All new dogs must pass an onsite temperament evaluation prior to attending day care. Since we are a cage-free environment, we need everyone to get along! We cannot accept aggressive or toy possessive dogs. In general, we like our new friends to be at least 6 months old, but consult with your veterinarian for adivce. Give us a call and we'll schedule you for an interview and tour.

2.) Current Vaccinations
All dogs must be current, and kept current, on the following vaccinations:
DHPP (Distemper / Parvo Combination)
Rabies
Bordetella (Kennel Cough-every 6 months)

3.) Spayed or Neutered
All dogs must be spayed or neutered. Puppies are welcome until your vet says they can safely be altered (ususally around 7 months).

4.) Flea Control
All dogs must be on a veterinarian-approved form of topical flea control. These include:
